We usually require 2-3 weeks notice for a booking.

We accept communication on our social media , email or website form and someone will get back to you in 24-48 Hours.

Process: 

1. Contact us to discuss design and dates 

2. If your happy we send a invoice 

3. Once booked, you really don't have to do much except if we reach out for more info , we usually reach out to you. We are always available for communication . 

4. 2 weeks before the event we finalise t he invoice and then discuss detailed drop off times and pick up times

5. We arrive nice and early to your venue, set up way before the start time.

6. You enjoy the event!!
